These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Trained Eye mobile application and related services operated by Frontier XR Training ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
The Trained Eye is a driving feedback and coaching tool designed for learner drivers. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@frontierxrtraining.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Trained Eye uses your device's sensors and the Dolphin MOVE SDK to detect driving behaviour. While we strive for accuracy, driving scores and event detection are based on algorithmic analysis and may not perfectly reflect real-world driving in all circumstances.
The app is a coaching and educational tool only. It is not a substitute for professional driving instruction, and scores should not be used as a legal assessment of driving ability.
The Trained Eye offers optional paid subscriptions (Parent Portal and Instructor Portal) available via in-app purchase through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms.
By linking a driver to a Parent or Instructor Portal account, you consent to that linked user viewing your trip history, scores, and driving events. You may unlink accounts at any time by contacting support.
All content, branding, and software in The Trained Eye app are owned by Frontier XR Training and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontier XR Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to any driving incidents or accidents.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
